This page is the editorial contact for Congniflos.com, an independent guide to Congniflo. We are not NeuroVitol, we do not take payments, ship bottles or hold your order details, and we cannot look up an order for you. Write to us about the content of this site and we will reply; write to the seller about anything to do with a purchase.
Email: [email protected]
Postal address: 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA
Use this address for corrections, sourcing questions, feedback on an article, or anything about how this site is written and funded. We aim to reply within one to two business days. We publish no telephone number because we do not run a phone line, and we will never ask you for card details, an order number or account credentials by email.
Customer service for the product itself is handled by the seller who took your payment, not by this site. That includes order status and tracking, delivery problems, changing or cancelling an order, billing questions and refund requests under the 60-day money-back guarantee.
The fastest route is the confirmation email you received at checkout: it carries the seller’s support address and your order number, which their team needs before they can look anything up. If you no longer have it, start from the official store listed on our Congniflo page and use the support contact published there. Because we are an independent publisher, we cannot process a refund, cancel an order or see any part of your purchase record.
Have your order number, the email address you ordered with, and the date of purchase to hand. Refunds run for 60 days from the purchase date, so if you are near the end of that window it is worth contacting the seller the same day rather than waiting for a reply from us.
